Vinopolis has submitted a planning application to open a new market at its new development at Park Street.

The operator already has permission for a new bakery, restaurant and shopping boulevard in the area.

However, it says it does not intend to build three of the shops it has permission fr and wants to use part of the site for a market with 27 stalls.
