Plans submitted for mixed use Southwark scheme

Alan Camp Architects has submitted a planning application to Southwark Council for a mixed use scheme on the former Quebec Way Industrial Estate.

The plans include 366 flats around courtyards, plus a gym, coffee shop, community hall and commercial space.

They also include a proposal for gas district heating and solar photovoltaics.
