Housebuilder appointed for Southwark housing scheme

Housing association Notting Hill Housing has appointed housebuilder United House to develop a 200-home scheme in Southwark.

The scheme, which also includes new shops, will be built in Grange Walk, Bermondsey Spa.

It is hoped that the new development will start in the spring and completed by 2014.
