Contractor Mace is set to be named as main contractor on the £100 million 30-floor King's Reach development, according to reports.

The firm already has a pre-construction role on-site but will shortly be named as main contractor on the South Bank project, Construction News said.

It said work on the scheme, which includes 370,000sq feet of offices, 72,000sq feet of shops and 173 flats, was set to begin in January with completion targeted for late 2015.
