Borough High St store snapped up

The freehold of a prime Borough High Street store has been sold for £2.05 million.

The acquisition of the premises - currently occupied by Holland & Barrett on a 15-year lease - was made by a private Greek client, website CoStar said.

It reported that the purchase price reflected an initial yield of 6.2%.
