Landowner Bilford is close to putting the site of its planned 31-storey Quill student housing development up for sale, according to reports.
The site, on the corner of Weston Street and St Thomas Street, is currently occupied by Capital House but permission for the 500-bedroom student scheme was granted by Southwark Council last year.
Agents Knight Frank are in line to handle the site’s sale, which is expected to generate £75 million, Property Week reported.
