Puma to quit Soho for Southwark

Sportswear firm Puma has shortlisted two South Bank buildings as its potential new headquarters in a move away from its current Soho base.

The company is looking at the Crane Building in Lavington Street, and the Harlequin Building, in Southwark Street, Estates Gazette reported.

According to the magazine, Puma is keen to consolidate various W1 office operations at a single 30,000 sq feet base in SE1, where it would pay around £47 per square foot, against up to £70 in Soho.
