Berkeley Group is selling the hotel element of its One Blackfriars scheme for an asking price of around £50 million, it has emerged.

The firm has instructed Knight Frank and CBRE to sell the 152-bed hotel, which will be built on the South Bank by St George, Property Week reported.

It said the hotel, which will be next to the development’s 170-metre main residential tower, was being sold on a 999-year lease that included an annual £100,000 ground rent.
