Tue 30 April 2013, 3:29 pm

Finance firm Duff & Phelps has signed up for 20,000 sq feet of office space at the Shard, it has been reported.

The deal will see the firm move staff from offices in Bank Street, Canary Wharf, and Portman Square in the West End, website CoStar said.

It added that the office deal was the second letting for the Shard‘s 590,000 sq feet of office space, after Qatar-based broadcaster Al Jazeera signed up to take the iconic building’s 16th floor.
