The "London Evening Standard" supplement "Homes and Property" has named Southwark the star of regeneration.
In the article, the borough is praised for the rejuvination of the Bankside, Borough and Bermondsey areas.
Future hotspots, the report says, are Blackfriars Road, the wide thoroughfare linking Elephant and Castle with the River Thames, and Rotherhithe in the northeastern tip of the borough.
