Retro-style homes for Nunhead

Family Mosaic is developing five four-bedroom homes in Ivydale Road, Nunhead, influenced by Victorian and Edwardian design.

A survey by primelocation.com to reveal the ‘ideal family home’, found these periods were the architectural style of choice for 66% of participants.

Lauren Nicholson, head of marketing at Family Mosaic, said: "We chose the period style for Ivydale Road, as not only was it one of our most aspirational developments, it was also in keeping with the local architecture, which was so important to the local community."
