Work on a 134-home scheme in Elephant & Castle is due to start in the coming weeks, according to reports.

Guinness  Developments’ £17 million six-block medium-rise scheme will be built by Hill Partnerships at Stead Street, industry website Construction Enquirer reported.

The site, at the south of the Heygate Estate, is currently occupied by two council-owned car parks and the English Martyrs Church Hall.
