Zoopla, the online property search site, is set to expand its operations into 15,000 sq feet of Southwark£s Harlequin Building.

It is under offer for the move to 65 Southwark Street, a short distance from its current Union Street home, Property Week reported.

The magazine said that if the Zoopla deal went through it would occupy the Harlequin’s second and third floors, leaving just one floor of the 47,119 sq feet building available.
