Developer Lend Lease has put 360 homes up for sale at its Heygate estate scheme at the Elephant and Castle.
Outline planning permission for the first phase of the scheme – now known as Elephant Park – was received in 2013.
The 360 homes range from three storey homes to sixteen storet towers, comprising one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
Pascal Mittermaier, Lend Lease’s project director for the regeneration of Elephant and Castle, said: “In addition to the new homes we are delivering here, the masterplan will also create Central London’s largest new park in 70 years and will implement significantly enhanced transport infrastructure.”
A new website for the local community, which explains the council's plans for the regeneration of Old Kent Road, has been launched
