Engineering company Ramboll UK has taken 2,900sq m of space at 240 Blackfriars Road on the South Bank.
The firm will move in to the first three floors at the 22,000sq m development, which is a joint venture between Great Portland Estates and Great Ropemaker Properties – the property arm of the BP Pension Fund.
Ramboll joins UBM and law firm Boodle Hatfield at the site, where building work was completed six weeks ago. A 15-year lease has been signed.
Neil Thompson, portfolio director of Great Portland Estates, said: "The early letting success at 240 Blackfriars Road is a positive endorsement of the quality of the building and we have strong interest in the remaining space."
