The Acorn Property Group has launched new homes for sale at its Valentine SE1 scheme in Southwark, which features 19 one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments.
The properties are being snapped up, with six sold and four under offer, as Southwark went to press.
Offering close proximity to London Bridge, the project to regenerate the previously derelict site above a Sainsbury’s store was delivered in a joint venture with property group North Star.
Building work on another Acorn Property Group scheme – the Newspaper House on the corner of Rushworth Street and King’s Bench – is scheduled for completion in October 2015. It features nine apartments and duplexes. Homes will be launched for sale in March.
