Bankside tower wins approval

Delancey has won planning permission for its Bankside Tower scheme, which will feature 169 homes and offices.

The properties will be based in 19-storey, 15-storey and 10-storey buildings.

It is located on the site of the former National Grid headquarters at 185 Park Street, which are due to be demolished within the next year. 

Delancey bought the site for £55 million in 2013.
