Work has begun on an affordable housing development at Rye Lane, Peckham.
Construction started on 22 February on a part-four part-seven-floor development near Peckham Rye Station designed by Guildmore for Metropolitan Housing Trust.
It will provide 27 homes, 22 residential units for shared ownership and five for private renting. Private amenity space will be provided for residents on the roof terraces, also two retail units will be featured on the ground floor.
