Notting Hill Housing has been approached to turn the disused depot into 270 residential mixed-tenant properties, commercial space, as well as refurbishing the Grade-II listed former pool and wash houses, as well as the railway arches.

Formerly earmarked for an unspecified environmental project, Southwark Council’s revised plan to turn the brownfield site over for housing is in line with the Mayor of London’s push to expand access to affordable housing.
