Southwark Council approves Albion St flats

Fifty new flats are set to be built as part of the council's ongoing Regeneration in Partnership programme.

Designed by Bell Phillips Architects, the development will be set within a six-storey building next to the new Albion Street School in Rotherhithe.

 Half of these have been earmarked for social rent, with the rest of the flats divided into 12 for intermediate and 13 for private housing.
