An architecture company has won a prestigious award for best employer at this year's Southwark Business Excellence Awards.
Fuse Architects won the accolade of Employer of the Year 2019 at a ceremony for the annual awards held at the Hilton Bankside hotel in June.
The firm is based in London Bridge, and its 19 employees have worked on a number of residential schemes in Southwark.
In a joint statement the company’s director Penny Fitzpatrick and design director Dave Hughes said: “We are delighted to have been awarded Southwark Employer of the year 2019, it was a humbling experience and reflects our commitment to our team and development of our personnel.
“We pride ourselves on our people being our most important asset and as such we have worked to introduce strategies and systems that enable our team to grow and progress.”
